After the disappointing loss to the Heat last night, John has decided to jump off the Linsanity bandwagon until Jeremy Lin can beat a championship caliber team. Fair weather fan? John has been a Lin fan, but has never stopped doubting his play with SO MANY TURNOVERS. At times he just seems physically inferior and overall sloppy. Hopefully John is wrong and this was just one off-game, but only time will tell. Jeremy shall be referred to as Lin Diesel going forward. Here’s why…
GUILTY PLEASURE ALERT! John was watching the season finale of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills a few nights ago. The RHOBH aren’t his fav cast, that honor goes to the lovely and original ladies of the OC, but the Beverly Hills ladies are still quite entertaining. John’s extremely partial to Lisa, kinda his Vicki Gunvalson in Beverly Hills. While watching the fantabulous wedding Lisa had for her daughter Pandora, John started to wonder… which cast is the richest??

John’s always struggled with that translation, but as long as the translate loosely gives off a positive vibe, he’s fine with that. Asian Americans have it tough as one goes beast mode for Thanksgiving and only 2 months later, one is faced with 9+ dishes with one’s rice for Chinese New Year dinner….
So John actually spent this past MLK with an old friend and they were discussing the old days in the 90s. The days of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Family Matters, and Martin are long gone… There no longer exists any primetime African American shows to Johns memory. And there seem to be quite the shortage of leading African American roles among all the shows John watches…
